“教书育人”是我们教员的使命。我们既要教书，又要育人。而第斯多惠说过“教授教养的艺术不在于教授身手，而在于关于鼓励、叫醒、鼓动。”我对此深有体会。乡镇的教授教养工作，单单去研究如何进行教授教养还不可，我们更多的是主动积极地去夺取家庭教导和黉舍教导的紧密接洽，家长的教导意识究竟结果不如城里的家长。而关于学生，我们更多的要赐与关爱，尤其是一些比拟“野”的学生，不容忽略某一个学生，要独具慧眼地发明他们身上的潜能，鼓动勉励他们不时主动探索，发扬民主精神。
在学生中建立杰出的教员抽象，让学生敬畏你。这算是成功了一半。既让学生敬佩你，同时又害怕你，可不是一件很简单的工作。前几年，由于本人是年轻一线的教师，缺乏经验，教授教养成果又不是很突出，固然工作总是脚踏实地，但是在学生心目中，我总是不克不及让学生像敬仰威望很高的同事那样敬仰我。去年，我所任教的三年级的英语三率都居级组第一，一会儿传开后，校内校外都能看到很多信任和赞赏的目光。本学期接任了一个根蒂根基很差的班级，因为有了好的教授教养成果学生都很服我，在教授教养中，我严格要求他们，建立本人的威性，公然期末测验中收到了我意想不到的后果。
教书育人是一项临时的系统的又复杂的，不时探索求新的工作，让我们在这漫漫的教导生活生计上，夺取更多的进步，发明出更多的灿烂。
